9Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
- Jesus says, “Blessed are the peacemakers.” Is there a broken relationship where you have kept your distance instead of making peace?
- Do you keep the peace by avoiding hard conversations, or do you make peace by doing the work of reconciling?
- Where do your words stir up conflict rather than calm it?
His word
Jesus, you said, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”

Make me a maker of peace where I have made trouble. I receive the name you give me: a child of God.
