22The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. 23But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
- Jesus says, “The eye is the lamp of the body.” What have you been setting your eyes on that fills you with darkness rather than light?
- What do you watch, scroll or look at that you would not want him to watch with you?
- He warns, “If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!” Where might you be calling something light that is really darkness?

Jesus, you said, “If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.”

Turn my eyes from what darkens me. Fill me with your light.
