What does Leviticus 26:10 mean?

Leviticus 26:10 describes a harvest so plentiful that the Israelites would still have food from earlier harvests when the next one arrived. God says they would need to move the older supplies out to make room for the new.

The image is of a household managing stored food, not simply gathering a single crop. Following the picture of long-lasting harvest work in verse 5, the words describe supplies lasting from one season into the next.
